Happy Anniversary, Johnny Shelton

Thanksgiving
Somehow, 15 years ago today I got married.  I actually don't even know how I've done ANYTHING for 15 years, BUT... time is weird.

So... marriage is hard, guys.  And WONDERFUL.  (Maybe I should've said wonderful first?  Hashtag honesty.)  Getting married at 18 was crazy, but I'm so thankful it worked out.  Happy 15 years of being married to this guy.  I actually like him more today than I ever have before... and I think that's probably a great thing.

    This is wonderful! I always get sad when people poo-poo young marriages. I was pre-engaged at 17, engaged at 18 and so many times I say how I wish we married at 18 instead of at 20 and 21. I've been married 11.5 years so far. Congratulations to you both and yey for you liking him more today than ever! That is how it should be. :) Have a great anniversary!

    Wonderful Katie. Your words are true :). Marriage is so wonderful but yes hard. I got married when I was 22 and we celebrated 22 years together last month. Being married to my best friend makes all the difference to me. I wish you so many more anniversaries together. Happy anniversary to you and Johnny. :)
