Back To School Shopping!
A lot of people ask what our back-to-school traditions are like, since we do schooling at home. Just like other kids getting ready to return to school, we buy up supplies and go school clothes shopping. I've always been pretty into second hand clothing, especially for growing kiddos, so we've gotten quite a bit of the girls' fall wardrobe from Schoola. I've mentioned it before, but Schoola is a great resource for back-to-school shopping. You can find gently used clothing at good prices AND 40% of what you spend goes back to schools. If you are interested, you can read more about Schoola here and here in my previous posts.
We got these fun white boards from Schoola and had a little back-to-school photoshoot with them. Can you tell who LOVES the camera from these photos? ;))
Katie-- Top: Schoola; Jeans: Free People; Shoes: ABM x Swedish Hasbeens; Purse: Brit Stitch c/o ModCloth
Hope-- Top: Schoola; Jeans & Socks: Target; Shoes: thrifted
Poesy-- Dress: Schoola; Shoes: Minnetonka; Cat ears: anywhere we can snag another pair
For a limited time, Schoola is offering free shipping with no minimum order with the code GEARUP. Don't forget, they have women's clothes in addition to clothing for little ones!
I'll show photos of our curriculum for the year once it comes in! I can't believe summer is almost over! Crazy! xo.

ReplyDeleteI love this time of year! Back to school is so much fun and you're right, it's good to pass things down and mend things. It's a wonderful way to help the planet too. You know, reduce, reuse, and recycle. It's an important message to send our kids. Love it!
