Burger Date

Burger Date Burger Date Burger Date Burger Date Burger Date Burger Date
These are some fun snaps from our Katie/Hope burger date last week.  I mentioned in my new years resolution post that I'm trying to make more time for one-on-one dates with the girls, and in typical Hope fashion, burgers and strawberry milkshakes were on the menu that day.  I'm excited to dress up a little fancy and take Poesy out on her special date this week.

Oh, and it's a tradition to take a little IG snap of our lady dates together, so here's the one from this beautiful day in January:

Burger Date
Happy Monday, friends!!  xo.

  1. So fun! My mom used to take me out on little dates all the time when I was younger and they are some of my fondest memories. You're a great mom, Katie! And I love your outfit (as always!)

  6. Great resolution! I am an only child & still no kids of my own, but I can understand how important it must be to have some alone time with each of your kids, and also so much fun & exciting for both of you to plan and think about dressing and the place :)

  8. So sweet!! I swear by one-on-one date days with my two boys - it's nice to connect to them individually and give them undivided attention every once in a while. I know I will be sad when they no longer think it's "cool" to be out and about with mama...at 10 and nearly 8, I know that time is fast approaching, so I try and cherish every single second!

  9. I used to go on little outings with my mom when I was about Hope's age (usually to antique stores) and now as an adult, it's still something we do together! I bet you guys will also be doing it for a long time :)
