I have slacked on the snail mail front for far too long now. I just picked up these notecards with the intention of sending out little "hello, I'm thinking of you" letters to some of my wonderful, far-away friends and I figured, why not share here on the blog and challenge some of you to do the same? I have some amazing people in my life who mail me little things periodically, and it just makes my whole day to get that little something in the mail. So, let's take a little time out of our day and send a little love to someone who means a lot to us. Want to join in? xo.
Snail mail is the best!
ReplyDeleteIt feels great to write meaningful words on paper and mail them to a friend!
I think I will write a couple letters today too!

What a great idea! For sure I love it to join ... not only as I had in the past about 100 pen friends which deserve after decades to get a real letter from me :)

ReplyDeletethanks!!!
i used to work there. i loooove that place! not sure why i didnt think of it.
This is a wonderful idea! I live in Italy and some of my dearest friends live in US, so I like to randomly send them some letters. Oh, and I also LOVE receive them :)
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. Some of my friends are so great with the random hand written letters and somehow getting a note in the mail just feels so much better than a virtual letter. Thanks for this reminder!

My husband and i just moved from NY to TX- leaving ALL of our family and friends behind. I love writing letters back home...always feels so much more personal than an email or text.

My husband is in the Army so writing letters everyday has become such an important part of my life. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI am such a huge snail mail nerd!!
ReplyDeleteI love it. I usually send out around 3 per week :)
It warms my heart!
Also, it does help that my best friend runs a really wonderful stationery business. So, I am always obsessing over my newly designed stationery.

ReplyDeleteI have some left over thank-you notes from a project I worked on with my friends. I had just decided to send them to special people when I saw this post.
Is it sweet or creepy that we strangers had the same idea?
Happy Thursday to you, though. :)
Great idea! I'm in!
ReplyDeleteThose look so cute! I need to get my stationary fix!
