Hope has moved up a level in gymnastics, which means she has practice three days a week now. Johnny and I have been taking advantage of those hours to grab dinner or coffee together when we can. Magically, Poesy usually conks out in the car, so it's almost like a "real" date... except his arm is falling off from holding her by the time we're finished. ;) That's okay-- we'll take it!

ReplyDeleteI didn't know Hope was in gymnastics! That's so cool. I was a really passionate gymnast are her age too, and I think it's such a rewarding activity for kids (who are already amazingly stretchy to begin with). So awesome you guys are able to take advantage of the time she's in class and do something special, instead of it just being a hassle!

That picture of Poesy sleeping is just too cute! Wish my daughter would conk out like that. She NEVER sleeps in the car even when totally exhausted and she is only 2 and a half.
