(My green dress is vintage from LantanaVintage)
As you can imagine, playing a very loud accordion all dressed up on some railroad tracks next to a park might get you a couple of glances (hehe), but I did my best to set my embarrassment aside and tried to have fun with it. I haven't had my picture "professionally" taken, except a small handful of times, so it was a pretty new experience. True, I'm no stranger to being in front of a camera, but almost all of my photos are either shot by myself or Johnny (who has seen ALLLLL of my crazy faces), so I had to do my best to step out of my comfort zone a bit and just go with it. Let's just say there was a lot of nervous clapping and fidgeting. ;)
Anyway, Allison is a real sweetheart. I'll have another set of photos to share from our time together very soon! In the meantime, you should pop by her blog Live Laugh Wonder and say hello! xo.
These are so cute! Especially love the bubble photos, am thinking of possibly doing something similar for wedding photos :)

Beautiful photos. LOVE the distance shot with all of the bubbles.
ReplyDeleteThose photos are AMAZING! I think it needs some time to become more comfortable with shootings in public during playing an accordion :) The photos look like you have never done something else than playing the instrument in this location!!! Love it <3 Rosa
ReplyDeleteThese photos are really cool! I love the ones where you are out on the field with the bubbles :)

ReplyDeleteSo in love with your accordion! I just got a toy one...I have yet to start learning. Kind of overwhelmed, not sure where to start >.<
ReplyDeleteWoow lovely!!!
ReplyDeleteI really like the "serious" shot when you're looking straight at the camera with your hair partly hiding your face. It is a little bit mystic, I like imagining you're in a film, playing a character.
ReplyDeleteWell done to both of you, this is very different from what I've seen on your blog before and I think it's a real success !! Bravo !
these photos are stunning! i absolutely love that flower crown!
