These snapshots are actually from two different weekends. This weekend was full of photoshoots, our new band's first show (I'll touch more on that soon!), and soaking up the extra bit of time with out-of-town friends.
As for the photos: We were popping by garage sales and had to stop to buy lemonade from this adorable little girl. // Empire Records forever. // My daisies are fading away. // I couldn't help but snag this sunflower dress from Milk Teeths.
How was your weekend? Did you do anything exciting?
Empire records <3 Looks like you had a fun weekend. Really love your new sunflower dress!
ReplyDeleteI spent mine soaking up the sun and watching Wimbledon :)

Looks like you have had some good weekends! I'd love to come to the US and see a lemonade stand one day, they seem so fun! And I love that dress :)
ReplyDeleteAh Empire Records! Watched it so many times as a teenager I can still recite pretty much the whole film from start to finish. 'Always play with their minds!' Love it.
ReplyDeleteThe print on your dress is so cute. Hanna Marie
ReplyDeleteArgh! I LOVE Empire Records!! I feel sad there's not a real Rex Manning in my life!

Great shots!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing little kids with lemonade stands. I don't even like lemonade but I always buy a glass or two to support their entrepreneurial spirit, you know? It looks like you had a fun weekend!

Your posts make me miss summer so much! :) I love your blog, your family is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteThe lemonade stand! The best!
ReplyDeleteI love your Sunflower dress! Being from Kansas, I of course have a profound love for Sunflowers. I spent this weekend working on wedding plans with my boyfriend's brother's fiance. Wedding planning is stressful! Any tips to make the bride-to-be not so nervous?
ReplyDeleteAhh that sunflower dress! I'm fairly certain I had the exact same one in the mid-90's. Loved it then, love it now. And my weekend was lovely, just a normal, errand-running weekend, but the first of those I've had in a while since last month all we did was move stuff to our new place.

Rachel's instagram videos of you singing were the absolute cutest!
ReplyDeleteHow do you do it all mama!?
We had a good weekend. Took the baby swimming and went to lunch with my husbands grandparents.

Love Empire Records!!
ReplyDeleteI feel like someone could have been wearing that jumper in Empire Records. perfect.
ReplyDeleteI love these snapshots :)
ReplyDeleteLove the lemonade stand, and your sunflower jumper - both just say "Summer's here" don't they?
ReplyDeleteLovely snapshots, and that little girl selling lemonade like this, that's the kind of typically american thing I deeply want to see and do!
ReplyDeletePersonally I spent the entire weekend walking around my lovely neighborhood and the gorgeous park nearby (I'll post about it real soon on my little blog!)
Thanks for sharing these cute snapshots!

Colourful vinyl is the best! I have quite the collection :)
ReplyDeleteThe translucent blue Smiths 45 is probably my favourite though!
What record is that?

So cute, I love sunflowers and stopping by lemonade stands. Kids are always so thankful. It's nice to make someone's day by spending as little as a dollar. :)
