Weekly Wears: In The Summertime

Dress: Dear Creatures (last season-- similar one here);  Shoes: c/o Emerging Thoughts

The days have really warmed up here in Missouri as it's officially turned to summer.  I love sitting outside and eating popsicles as they drip down the stick and onto our hands.  The girls are really into filling a bucket and having soaking sponge fights with ice cold hose water.  Johnny's favorite is sitting on the porch swing in the evening with a cold New Castle in his hand as the girls chase lightning bugs.  I'm again reminded that there is a lot to be thankful for as we enjoy all of our warm weather traditions.  Hello, summer.  :)

    You are too cute! I love this dress on you. The deep purple really compliments your skin and your fabulous red locks. I was thinking about you the other day and was wondering how you make it all happen as a full time crafter/plushie maker? I'm really wanting to take the leap and make my small part time crochet plushie business into my full time job. Do you have any advice? I hear whole sale is the way to go but my crochet items take so long to make that selling then for less seems like it wouldn't help my business grow. What do you think....how do you do it?
