We are running a little behind on our 52 Treats posts. I'm not sweating it though... this is a "just for fun" project and not something to stress over! We have still been enjoying our extra time in the kitchen and have been making some big messes!
These are just regular old chocolate chip cookies, but really, you can't go wrong with a classic!
Poe's always dancing about something... usually food. Have you seen any recipes lately that we should try? We're always looking for new ones!
Your girls are so cute and those cookies look so good!

Iced Buns are a huge fave in my house with the kids (and me too!). We used to buy them in Bakers Shops in the UK all the time and now we love to make them at home. The kids love spreading the icing and more seems to end up in their mounths that on the bread! http://lwlelyse.blogspot.ca/2013/02/bread-project-5-swiss-buns.html
ReplyDeleteThose cookies look good!
ReplyDeleteI made brownies from my Mary Mccartney 'Food' book last night, they are so good, and I added mini eggs! I just made chocolate chip cookies using the exact same recipe yesterday. It's the original nestle recipe apparently. It's the first that came up on my "chocolate chip cookie" google search :)

ReplyDeleteMy roommate dug up a recipe from the internet called "perfect chocolate cake". We think it's a brownie recipe; it's very easy and just SOOOOOOOO delicious.
You take 200g of chocolate and 200g butter and let them melt together. In the meantime you mix together 200g of sugar, 100g of flour and 4 eggs. When the chocolate and the butter are melted, mix it all together and put it into a greased pan/baking-whatever but take care that it's not to high or the thing will take FOREVER to bake. Technically it should be about 20 minutes of 150°C/302 F but you should stick in a toothpick in the cake then and see if it comes out clean and if not, let it bake a little longe till the toothpick comes out clean.
That's our go-to-cake for the girls nights that u can batch up very quickly when you crave cake at midnight =)
so cuuute in her little pink tutu!
