i love red velvet, although i have never tried cookies before. we did pick up a box of red velvet poptarts at the store last week. surprisingly they were awesome!

Oooh, that looks like fun but thinking about children ingesting that red dye makes me cringe. I was trying to look online for an alternative to use, but I guess beet juice would be the closest. Not sure how that would go with the recipe, though.
