52 Treats: V.5

This recipe came from my mother-in-law.  She usually makes it as a bread (really it's the consistency of a cake) but we decided to use the good ol' muffin tins for individual treats.  I think we are partial to hand-held treats.  Actually, I believe I have 4 or 5 weeks of photos to support that statement...
As I was editing these photos, I had to laugh at myself for not even remembering to snap a picture of the finished product.  We had a lot of fun preparing them and they smelled SO GOOD while they were baking.  We were so anxious to eat them, as soon as they cooled down we each devoured a couple and then went on with our day.  I guess that's how you know you really enjoyed a treat.  ;)
