I decided that instead of committing to a 365 project (that I would inevitably tire of), I would go ahead and commit to a 52 week project. I can handle doing something once a week without getting too terribly sick of it, right? The answer to that is YES. I decided to take on 52 treats this year. I'm sure they will mostly consist of baked goods, but I wanted to give myself a little wiggle room-- I don't want to lose motivation once Summer hits and it's really hot! Here's our first treat of the new year: Banana Bread.
Our recipe was given two thumbs up by our shirtless taste tester. Then there was dancing...
I'm really looking forward to this every week. :)
Ahhh! That's adorable! I'd dance if someone gave me some delicious banana bread too. ;)

I love this idea! I've always tried to bake a cake/cookies/bread on Sunday's for a nice delicious smelling home. Your little baker and taste tester are the cutest!

365s are tough! Just finished my first while also doing a 52 weeks portrait project this past year! I'm thinking I might see if I can do it again this year. I like the idea of 52 treats!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea; 52 treats. I just might have to try it.
ReplyDeletehaha Awww you know it was good if it was followed by dancing! ;-) What a cutie!
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious and oh my, how cute are those girls! Have a marvelous weekend together!
ReplyDeleteLooking yummy and reminded me that I love banana bread (it's not common round here at all). Learning from my mistakes (failed a 356 project last year) I also committed to 52 week project this time - photo project.

I did a 52 week project as well this year. I don't do much baking, but I think I may find myself duplicating your recipes this year (but all vegan versions!)
ReplyDeleteI just started a 52 week project too. I am doing breads. I am hoping to make a different bread every week. This week, I made banana bread too. Your girls are too cute!
ReplyDeleteI think it´s a great idea to have a 52 week project, I would love to have one but I don´t know which subject to choose for it!
ReplyDeleteI love it how you share all these projects with your girls, I feel like these are really healthy hobbies for a little girl to start having! :)
I´m gonna try this recipe, we don´t have this kind of bread in my country so it will be fun to try it out!
Have a good day! :)

ReplyDeleteIf you want to earn more when you become a therapist or holistic practitioner, then it would make sense to have
ReplyDeletean open mind and move away from the mindset of
treating your private practice as though it is
a hobby, right. And, since you are going to look in the internet, you can easily pick out, from the
many sites, the cheapest massage therapist that can give you the best Swedish
massage of your life. Whether your goal is weight loss,
fitness, overall good health, or proper nutrition, the modern physical therapist is qualified to conduct an overall health evaluation so they can customize a
program that is appropriate for your current health status.
