Weekly Wears: Pumpkin Spice

Dress: Dear Creatures c/o Emerging Thoughts;  Shirt: Marshall's;  Tights: c/o ModCloth;  Shoes: c/o Lulu's (last season);

Right now I'm sitting here, sipping my pumpkin Americano, enjoying M. Ward playing over the speaker... it just feels perfect.  Sure, I'm sick and I'm blogging at Starbucks (again/still), but I'm enjoying even this little bit of transitional period.  I guess when the weather changes it's hard to feel anything but joyful and sentimental.  I love it so much.

We are still powering through unpacking and our house seems to be magically taking shape.  I've mostly been disconnected from the internet for the past few weeks, so I'm eager to get all caught up and see what all of you have been up to!  There are so many new babies and e-friends moving into new places-- it's an exciting time!

  20. I love your style. What I do not like is the way you pose sometimes: the position of your feet in picture 1 and 4, is supposed to look cute. It looks sad to me, because it looks like you want to create a lolita-like look, which doesn not only look chilish but is childish. Can't you just stand up tall and look proud? Noone needs that silly posture.

    1. I'm sorry you feel that way, but that's the way I stand sometimes and it's probably going to keep happening. If it really bothers you (which I'm guessing it does since you went through the trouble of pointing it out in a comment) maybe my outfit posts just aren't something that you will enjoy. That's okay, though... Not everyone is going to like all the same things.

    2. It's me again. I just wanted to make clear, that I did not wanted to offend you. It is hard for me to explai , not only because English is ot my mothertounge, but, hm. How can I put it. You see so many fashion blogs, bloggers, in magazines and all over the internet, where it has become a standard to look cut, too thin, shy in a lolita way like almost child like. That really upsets me, I don't want my daughter to be like this when she grows p. I would prefer her holding her head p high, be

    You're excitement for fall is contagious though and this post with those ever-so-cute tights really makes me look forward to colder weather.
