The girls and I headed to Springfield on Sunday for a very special baby shower for
Stacy and Darren. This was my first time taking both girls out of town by myself, and excluding a few extremely exhausting moments, everything went a-okay. While Poesy walked around charming people with a pink marshmallow in each fist and a grin on her face, Hope worked the room in a different way-- sneakily shaking hands of every person she could, wearing her hidden trick hand-buzzer. ;)
The shower was hosted by
Elsie and Emma, so you can bet it was absolutely lovely and the treats were extremely tasty. It was a very special day, and Darren and Stacy looked
so happy. I'm really glad we could make it. :)
Your littlest gal is growing up quick... what a cutie... my daughter turns two tomorrow... where does the time go!

ReplyDeleteHahaha ... Secret trick hand buzzer! And in the photo she's sitting there like a little angle. Priceless and adorable.
