Giveaway: Studio M.M.E.

Megan Eckman is the illustrator behind Studio MME.  She is getting ready to release a new series of embroidery patterns based on her illustrations, and she is generous enough to give one away to a lucky reader!

 To win your choice of embroidery pattern, simply leave a comment letting us know how long you've been embroidering.  Be sure to include your email address.  The winner will be picked on Thursday (September 15) when Megan's new line launches.  Good luck!  xoxo Katie

  43. What lovely pictures and designs! I've been embroidering since I was young. My mom taught me and my little sister all sorts of crafty mediums and the stitchery and crocheting stuck with me. The last thing I embroidered was a picture of my two cockatiels, Elvis and Stella.

I've been embroidering officially for two years now, but the first time I ever attempted to stitch anything was when I was ten years old and I made my puppy have a fancy tea party with me where I thought it would be classy to sew a big letter V into a handkerchief. Needless to say, my attempt wasn't very successful with a restless puppy and without a hoop...

  60. I've been embroidering for as long as I can remember! My grandmother used to sit me down with a needle and thread to keep me still while she knitted. I used to make little squiggly people with misshapen heads and odd looking faces. I'm much better at it now tho! I incorporate painting on fabric as well as embroidering it!
