Weekly Wears: Denim Days

Sometimes holding onto clothes forever is a good thing.  I've had this denim jacket for a LOOOONG time, and I just never had any good reason to get rid of it... you know, other than the fact that it takes up space in my closet and never gets worn.  Actually, I've rediscovered it recently and I love it.  I'm so tired of wearing cardigans all the time-- cardigan over dress... cardigan over dress... it's kind of refreshing to have something a little different.  :)

    I love having a hippie purse to take with me. Fringe of some sort and highly used. I think it's a perfect compliment to summer. :) You look ADORABLE. I love your hair and the jacket is uber cute.

    Cute jean jacket. I have been wanting one for a while, but I can't seem to find one I love, and I won't wear it if it's one I settled for. So if you love it, you should keep it. I love rediscovering clothes :)

    LOVE this outfit. That large check is perfect! I, too, have held on to my denim jacket from 2000! Mine was from Gap and is so comfortably worn in.

    ya my denim jacket has the same story, wore it all of high school and then it's just sat in my closet ever since, you reminded me that perhaps it's time to take it out again.

    Great sandals! That is my staple. I adore your looks always. And I, too, hold onto everything. It takes awhile...but it usually comes back around.

    I feel the same way about my denim jacket that I've had since high school (I'm turning 30 this year). It's nice to see that it still fits after all this time. :)

    I am going to knock you down and steal your boots. No just kidding, I'm really small and unthreatening. My favorite thing right now is this really large and heinous thrifted t-shirt that I altered to hang all sexy-like. It has howling wolves on it, and randomly floating eyeballs and is incredibly confusing to look at.
