I don't remember when I start to collect 'unusual plushies and dollies'. I never like those cute animal dolls with fake fur or those blonde girls with blue eyes dolls that I see alot in the shop. I just don't feel they are special.
ReplyDeleteBut when I first saw the Sally (the girl character from Tim Burton's-Nigthmare Before Christmas) doll, I am almost jump upside down! I LOVE HER. With her messy long hair, stitches all over her body and her rip dress. Oh so so cool!
And afterwards I keep searching for that kind of dolls and plushies that I could find here. Of course there are not many since we are in Indonesia and apparently kids and adults are not into those 'scary and disturb' kind of doll.
But hey, I could always go buy them in Etsy now and I know that I should have that owl of yours too, Katie. Soon:)

ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore your animals! I check your Etsy shop every week and I am currently contemplating with my boyfriend which animal to buy next... we can't decide between Abernathy or Sophie!
ReplyDeleteBut we saw the sweetheart owls and now we're thinking of getting a pair so that we can each have one to hold onto(we're currently separated by some distance).
